Love the staff a the program. Honestly the program saved my life. I wouldn’t be here without them.
The employees of the butler offices of crossroads are genuinely good people. They helped me when I needed the most help. I even got a change of clothes there at my lowest. They did all they could to help someone in my situation, not only because it is their job but because they truly care about human beings going through the struggle.

Crossroads has been great! I moved here about 4 years ago and had to transfer and they have been by far the best clinic I have ever been to. I have been in 5 different ones and these people actually care about your recovery! I would most definitely recommend them to family friends and anyone struggling with addiction issues!
They all make you feel like more than just another patient or another file.. maybe they're just doing their jobs, but I can't help but feel like some have gone above and beyond to try to help me on several occasions. I love going to my appointments and I hate going to appointments 😊

I contacted Crossroads on a Monday morning, was able to be enrolled into the program over the phone that very day, & I was even able to pick up my prescription from them all within a few hours. I had a follow up appointment in the clinic a week later & the staff was so kind & caring. They made me feel comfortable & safe. The counselor is incredible, the front desk attendant is so welcoming & supportive, & the doctor was very helpful & informative. 10s across the board!
